Membership Terms and Conditions

Effective from July 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your membership of the Beyond The VA Community, a service operated by TU Marketing, registered in England and Wales. The Beyond The VA brand is a trading name of TU Marketing.

2. Membership Tiers

Standard: £10/month (Founding Member Rate) or standard rate after launch

Standard membership includes:

• Twice-monthly coaching calls with Claire Taylor (live on Zoom, recorded if you cannot attend)

• Monthly AI deep-dive session (one tool, practical walkthrough)

• Client attraction swipe file, updated monthly

• Lead generation tracker

• Private community space (hosted in Flow)

• VA directory listing with priority placement on mytechva.co.uk

• Full resource library (all recordings, templates and downloads)

• Weekly AI tip exclusive to members

Pro : £59/month

Pro membership includes everything in Standard, plus a Flow account provisioned by TU Marketing. Flow is an all-in-one business platform providing:

• CRM to manage leads and clients

• Automated booking, follow-ups and onboarding

• Landing pages and funnels

• Email marketing and nurture sequences

• Invoices, contracts and client communications

• Professional client portal

Flow account on cancellation or downgrade: Your Flow account is provisioned as part of your Pro membership. If you cancel your Pro membership or downgrade to Standard, your Flow account will not be automatically closed. You will be contacted within 7 days and offered the option to retain your Flow account as a standalone subscription at £50+VAT/month, billed directly. If you do not wish to continue, your Flow account will be closed and all data deleted after 30 days. We recommend exporting any data you need before that point. TU Marketing is not responsible for data loss resulting from account closure following cancellation or downgrade.

VIP : £99/month

VIP membership includes everything in Pro, plus four 1:1 strategy sessions per year with Claire Taylor (30 to 45 minutes each). Sessions are booked directly and are for your use only.

Unused sessions: Sessions do not roll over. Unused sessions within a membership year are forfeited.

Cancellations by TU Marketing: If Claire is unable to attend a scheduled session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. It will not be forfeited.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate at the point of billing. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Founding Member Rate

The £10/month Standard founding member rate is available to members who join before the community officially launches in September 2026. This rate is locked in for life, subject to the following conditions:

• Your founding rate applies only to continuous, uninterrupted membership.

• If your membership lapses due to cancellation, you will not be entitled to rejoin at the founding rate. The then-current Standard rate will apply.

• A failed payment will pause your membership rather than cancel it (see section 6). Membership paused due to payment failure does not break your founding rate entitlement, provided payment is resolved within the grace period.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is taken as follows:

• First payment: on sign-up

• Second payment: 1 October 2026

• Monthly recurring: from October 2026 onwards, on the same date each month

Payments are processed automatically. By joining, you authorise TU Marketing to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with these terms.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your membership will be paused rather than cancelled. You will be notified and given a grace period of 28 days to resolve the outstanding payment. If payment is not received within 28 days, your membership will be cancelled and you will need to rejoin at the then-current rate.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by giving 14 days’ written notice to [email protected].

Access to the community and all membership benefits continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.

Cancellation of Pro membership triggers the Flow account process described in section 2.

8. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live coaching sessions and group calls are recorded. Recordings are made available to members within the community platform and remain accessible for the duration of your active membership. Access to recordings ends when your membership ends.

TU Marketing reserves the right to change the format, frequency, or scheduling of live sessions with 30 days’ notice. This does not affect your right to cancel.

9. Acceptable Use

Membership content : including recordings, templates, swipe files, guides and all other resources : is for your personal business use only. You may not share, distribute, resell or reproduce any content from the community without prior written permission from TU Marketing.

Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the community space. TU Marketing reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive or harmful to other members, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the Beyond The VA Community : including but not limited to recordings, templates, frameworks, written materials and branding : remains the intellectual property of TU Marketing. Membership does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond personal use as described in section 9.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Beyond The VA Community provides education, tools and peer support. Results are not guaranteed. Any business decisions you make based on content within the community are your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TU Marketing’s liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

TU Marketing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where changes are material, you will be given 30 days’ notice by email. Continued membership after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel in accordance with section 7.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
